• Duties included the following:  responsible for file upkeep and maintenance for two very experienced attorneys; filed complaints on the behalf of attorneys; created exhibits for file documents; processed mail for a fast paced legal office of five busy attorneys; closed out files, both as to hard copies and to electronic files; drafted clerical office memos; interfaced with clients on behalf of the attorneys; assembled medical records binders; answered telephones; copied and scanned large amounts of documents under tight time restraints; helped to eliminate backlog of files to be closed out by reviewing hard files and computer drives, recommending files to be closed, and implementing directions from management.
